Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how PURE WATER LEEDS LTD handles cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for products supplied to business customers.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible before dispatch.
1.2 Depending on product type, freshness, and supply chain status, cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed.
1.3 Where cancellation is accepted, confirmation will be provided by PURE WATER LEEDS LTD in writing.
1.4 To close an account, a minimum of 7 days written notice is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Delivery Issues and Shortages
2.1 Any shortage, visible damage, or quality issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2.2 If no discrepancy is reported within the required timeframe, delivered quantities are deemed accepted.
2.3 Delivery note and invoice discrepancies should be reported in writing within 7 days of invoice date.
3. Returns and Non-Returnable Goods
3.1 Goods are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis.
3.2 Returns are only accepted where agreed in writing by PURE WATER LEEDS LTD.
3.3 Where a claim is made, the Buyer must retain the relevant goods for inspection and collection.
4. Refunds and Credits
4.1 If a valid claim is accepted, PURE WATER LEEDS LTD may, at its discretion acting reasonably:
- replace the relevant goods; or
- issue a credit note; or
- refund the relevant amount.
4.2 Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method or by bank transfer to the account on file.
4.3 Payment reversals or chargebacks may result in a £25.00 administration fee.
5. Packaging and Delivery Materials
5.1 Trolleys, crates, containers, glass bottles, pallets and related delivery materials remain the property of PURE WATER LEEDS LTD unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 Non-returned or damaged reusable materials may be charged to the Buyer.
